    Not realistic

    Pros

    work from home and discount

    Cons

The training is unrealistic. They have you work on modules and some of them you need the trainer to check before moving on. They will suspend you for 3 days if you are behind on your modules that are a load of info. they want u on the phones 2 weeks into training. not a lot of actual practice more reading . I have been working w customer service for 18 years and have never been "suspended" and they said they would " investigate" but theres nothing to investigate since they have been doing the same thing for a while now.I'm very disappointed with the training procedure of such a big company.

Wish it was a better experience!

    Pros

-Pay was within market for my level of experience - Some flexibility to work from home

    Cons

    - My team worked under tremendous pressure to avoid being blamed for deliverables not being on time when it was truly out of our control due to an insufficient approval process with upper management -No work/life balance - majority of my team were miserable! -No advancement within team and unrealistic metrics/deadlines -Even on PTO I felt I needed to work otherwise I'd be even more buried upon my return - Managers/Directors never had a problem throwing employees under the bus, no sense of empowerment -Business decisions are made from up top with minimal communication to staff and explanation of reasoning -CEO is not personable or takes the time to get to know employees, even in passing doesn't smile or engage with acknowledgement -- very unfortunate but had to point it out!

    Pros

Work from home, That's the only perk,

    Cons

Actual rating? 0/5 stars. Disorganized company, Ableist Staff, Unknowledgeable managers, WILL FIRE YOU OVER A COLD, Lied from the start about attendance points, "Self training" where you cannot get ANY of your questions answered in a timely manner, let alone at all, Managers have the same access as agents, which they make out to be a good thing, but it means you are doing the work of a manager and not being paid for it, and the managers get paid more for "Doing the paper work". Corporate is thinking its still the 1950's, Don't believe in diversity, REFUSE to learn from their past mistakes, constantly lie to their own staff, and they dont even tell you the truth about the %40 employee discount which cannot be applied on top of any other sale, and in reality is actually a 20% employee discount, if it is even applied to that particular item, Items being shipped out to customers takes longer than if the items were coming from China to the USA leading to never ending complaints from customers... WSI has put Shellac over their backwards way of thinking and are illegally withholding my final paycheck. RUN AWAY!! DONT EVEN APPLY.
