    Employee discounts and multiple locations.

    Cons

    Does not treat employees well. No respect for lower level managers. Did not want to pay out bonuses to lower level mangers.

    Working at enterprise level scale. Learn to work at the breathe of scale of a gigantic organization. Impactful projects ownership.

    Cons

    Results driven with subpar culture. Hierarchical leadership so and so said this to force involvement and collaboration. Overworked and no true development. Blame game and finger pointing. Political agendas.

    Good benefits and opportunities for growth quickly.

    Cons

    You are given no direction with unrealistic expectations. It is rare to meet someone who enjoys their job. There is a complete lack of diversity in leadership. Public ridicule and verbal abuse is common. 10 hour days are expected and weekends too. I would not recommend a job here to anyone who values their quality of life.

    Always opportunities to learn new roles and departmental functions

    Cons

    What can I say, its' the Retail environment. You are subject to the Trump tariff, trends, good sales (inbound/outbound turn around is high), low sales ( inbound/inventory putaway is high), 3-4 peak seasons throughout the year depending on what area you work in.........
