    Pros

    Great People to work with and is what I miss most. Nice work / life balance. Many folks have been there a long time and reflects the culture.

    Cons

    Difficult to affect change especially when working across organizational boundaries. Adopting new technology for the better is not a top priority and may lead to difficult decisions to be made in the future.

    Advice to Management

    The CIO should review priorities and figure out how to embrace change rather than fear it.

    Great People great products. Great atmosphere. Excellent skill training and flexibility. Discount is generous and salary is competitive with other places that are simialr

    Cons

    Difficult to obtain hours. Sometimes the expectations were too high to up sale customers with credit card offers. Not all people are comfortable with this kind of sales.

    Advice to Management

    Recruit and train employees, give consistent hours, and compliment employees when they do a good job. Retention is important it breeds loyalty and better customer servicwe.

    The long hours and the staffing was bad.

    Get better staffing and keep the good workers not get rid of them.

    Pros

    Great discount, friendly co-workers and foodie culture.

    Cons

    Store manager in Southlake is lazy, leaves early, and holds grudges if you don't stay longer or work on your day off.

    Advice to Management

    Get involved and find out what's going on in each store.
    Also, update computers & equipment!

    Very good management team from trainers to supervisors on the floor.

    Cons

    Pay is to low and high turnover. They train candidates really well to be hired at other companies because of the pay.
