      Where should I start....

      Pros

Great benefits and starting salary has increased to $14/hr. They give lots of vacation, PTO, and sick hours. There is a point system but there are enough and ways to maximize them. Various contests throughout the year to earn extra cash or prizes. Employee discount. Opportunity for advancement or to get experience in other departments for seasonal positions.

      Cons

Poor leadership. Poor policies/procedures. Poor communication between departments. Care center associates have to go through too many hoops to get a supervisor or lead to take escalated emails. Stella. The job is easy but these cons and more cons that are unlisted, make the job a real nightmare.
