I worked at Williams Tank Lines full-time

    Pros

Five day work week. Little more than minimum wage. Electronic logs. Three days off two days off

    Cons

Dispatch is ridiculous and has no clue on how to operate. Insurance is a joke and cost way to much. Equipment is junk. Not organized in any way. And the bonus is a joke.. Company is not a place to grow with. And has no clue on how to operate

    Advice to Management

Fire everyone in Stockton and start over. Just because your last name is Williams don't mean you know about the business. Dispatch should learn and go with drivers to see what it's like to deliver and load fuel.

I worked at Williams Tank Lines full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My experience at Williams Tank Lines stands out as one of my finest employers. The company was built and continues to be run by Mr. Mike Williams himself. He works the hardest of all the employers I've ever known and is disciplined, kind, and generous.

    Cons

There is little to say for cons in my experience at Williams. With a hardworking spirit, any employee will do well there.

    Advice to Management

Keep the office professional and don't allow gossip or rumors or bad language to take place in the offices.

    Pros

Good pay and starting to replace a lot of thier equipment. If your good and your job you don't get parked in the winter as often.

    Cons

Schedule is lame. No family life, and they make it difficult to get random days off. 24/7 company where you will never have a holiday off.
