I have been working at Williams Tank Lines full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Besides the family part and the owners seem to listen to middle management makes things pleasant. Employees know their jobs so a managers job is just that. Managers keep an eye on what's best for the company and employees.

    Cons

There is a little disengagement with dispatchers to terminals. The problem with any dispatcher is that the goal for them is plain. Get it delivered.

    Advice to Management

I think our upper management is aware of any issue presented here and up coming ones.

I worked at Williams Tank Lines full-time

    Pros

Five day work week. Little more than minimum wage. Electronic logs. Three days off two days off

    Cons

Dispatch is ridiculous and has no clue on how to operate. Insurance is a joke and cost way to much. Equipment is junk. Not organized in any way. And the bonus is a joke.. Company is not a place to grow with. And has no clue on how to operate

    Advice to Management

Fire everyone in Stockton and start over. Just because your last name is Williams don't mean you know about the business. Dispatch should learn and go with drivers to see what it's like to deliver and load fuel.
