      Approves of CEO

I worked at WilliamsF1 for less than a year

      Pros

Great insight into the world of Formula 1. Given real responsibilities right away. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

Rush hour in the morning is very tedious if traveling by car. However the office is open at all hours so you can avoid rush hour by arriving early and leaving early (or late).

      Advice to Management

Perhaps more help towards personal development and achieving chartered status.

      I have been working at WilliamsF1 full-time

      Pros

Great future potential for the organisation, a place where engineering capability comes first, a great place for young engineers to flourish based upon talent and application as opposed to company politics.

      Cons

High workload, and at times, a little chaotic when meeting tight timelines.

      Advice to Management

Focus on improved planning of project instead of having last minute rush.
