I have been working at Willis-Knighton Health System full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great health benefits if you stay in their health system, but it's hard NOT to, since there are 4 WK hospitals, plus many of their clinics in the area. They also provide tuition reimbursements and free tickets to the state fair for you and your dependents each year. Also free life insurance to a certain amount and access to their credit union, and an option to join one of their gyms pre-tax.

    Cons

Pay is lower compared to other hospitals in the area.
