    Pros

Starbucks coffee. Good number of vacation days. Great coworkers and company sponsored events. Very inclusive in terms of who is hired.

    Cons

Advancement opportunities are restricted to those who are favorites. Raises are not keeping up with work. Benefits are high deductible plans.

    Advice to Management

Promote by skill vs. Office politics /favoritism.

I worked at Willis Towers Watson full-time

    Pros

    Cannot think of one thing.

    Cons

You will have no work/life balance working here. One of the Middle Market Client Advocate 's is VERY impolite and selfish. Many of the Sr. Brokers only care about themselves. Be very weary of working here! Worst mistake of my life. I was there for many years and finally chose to leave. I finally have my life back, now working in an Agency that respects their employees' as well as the importance of a work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes. You have employees' staying until 8:00 + at night trying to handle the ridiculous workload. How is that any way to treat your employees?

I worked at Willis Towers Watson as a contractor

    Pros

Great people, great culture, laid back, free coffee, free happy hour every quarter, ability to work from home, good commute. Nice location in the city.

    Cons

Lack of job stability. A lot of politics and can be cliquey. They hire contractors use them for 6 to 9 months then spit them out and fill their role internally. Accounting functions are being outsourced to India. A lot of layoffs and synergy savings post merger.

    Advice to Management

Respect and value talent even if it does come from a contractor. Less politics and more appreciation to the individuals that work hard. Value and hire the hard working employees and stop showing favoritism.

I worked at Willis Towers Watson full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The corporation offers great benefits

    Cons

Morale at the Morristown/Parsippany became intolerable with the merger of HRH. HRH Management worked with an agency mentality. Their small minded thinking and need to subvert anything and everything associated with the Willis culture was shameful.

    Advice to Management

More hands on HR at the satellite offices
