I have been working at Willis Towers Watson full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Love the company, and the pay and experience are great. And everyone is willing to help you when you need it.

    Cons

Job is seasonal, very hard to get a permanent position, be ready to change supervisors 4-5 times over one season there. Make you bid for which shift you want and if you're new you're almost guaranteed to get the closing shift.

    Advice to Management

If you say you are a family, be more like a family and figure out why people do what they do and for what reason. Saw way to many people get let go because of stupid things that could have easily been worked through.
