    Pros

Good people to work with and relationship building a key priority. Operates in a vibrant market with interesting variances and diversity of products.

    Cons

Less attention to effective delivery than perhaps other companies. Budgets have been difficult to secure at times following integration.

    Pros

The WTW team puts their team members first, hosting various events to engage team members and assist in the work-life balance. Senior team members were supportive of staff growth and continued education.

    Cons

Difficult to move around within the Company, despite the various champions for continued success. As WTW moves to new processes, there is continued resistance from some internal teams/managers, making getting on-board with changes difficult.

    Advice to Management

Remember the value of your team members, thank them for the things that they have done and do what you can to assist them in their career growth. WTW is a great company and it is a shame to lose team members because management stifles their growth.

I worked at Willis Towers Watson full-time

    Pros

    Good compensation
    Work life balance
    Good colleagues
    Various interactive initiatives

    Cons

Your life completely depends upon your manager. My manager observed everything about us like body language, tones, gestures etc. He had a habit of suddenly coming to the desk and asking questions, while you are engrossed with some work. So, if you answer smartly you are in his good books, if not you are considered dumb. I was, so I left. He gave too much importance to things such as enthusiasm, energy and other external superficial criteria.
A person goes throught many things in life. He/she cannot feign fake enthusiasm or energy. In financial services you do not require employees to behave like marketing professionals. I know that every employee represents the company, but please let them do their work.
He tested every employee on an adhoc basis. Those who pleased him were his favorites. Those who couldn't give pleasing answers were considered incompetent.
Moral: You don't have to have 100% accuracy necessarily. You just have to be Mr. Right time at right place.
