    Pros

VERY EASY. They offer 401K and pension benefits for full time permanent employees. This is a good entry level job with a decent base pay.

    Cons

Its a temporary job and can take several years to become permanent. The bonus structure is not high and the advancement ceiling comes rather quickly.

Create more professional positions, no one wants to work in a call center if they have a degree.

    Pros

The company really does look out for its retirees and puts them first

    Cons

The micromanaging is getting out of control, they can't give you a day when you are going to get a raise or when you are going to get a full-time offer

    Advice to Management

Be careful with how you treat your employees you over micromanage they are seasonal employees you need them

    Pros

Good benefits, ability to work from home a few days/week

    Cons

Outdated training materials, horrendous overtime during Annual Enrollment, poorly-trained managers. WTW is attempting to address these issues now.

    Advice to Management

Train new managers in legal political correctness. Have company-wide emails proofread before distributing --misspelling and grammatical errors reflect badly.

I worked at Willis Towers Watson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyed working at Willis Towers Watson as a Benefit Advisor. I was able to help and advise people with their medical supplemental plans. The company offers seasonal position during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and does not offer many full-time positions. Good position to have for a short period of time.

    Cons

Company did not offer room for advancement. Because it is a seasonal position, there really isn't many opportunities for a permanent full-time position. People have to work at least 20 consecutive months before they have an opportunity for a permanent position. When it does you can be demoted for lack of business along with a pay cut.

    Advice to Management

Management at times was not very good. The pay raise in 2016 was a joke. For those who made more money after working more than two season during the AEP, they lost money when you decreased the monthly bonus. In essence, the decreased in monthly bonus cancelled any true pay raise. Shame on you for your false claim of a pay raise, which really was not that much.
