    It's a large company so it's nice to have the consistency and support there. The working culture in my group in particular is quite nice.

    Cons

    I strongly dislike the open office floorplan in the New York office, and it sounds as if the rest of the company is going to follow suit...

    I can honestly say I love my job. I am paid a fair wage and there is an emphasis on solid management.

    Busy seasons can be stressful if you do not plan accordingly, especially January and September.
