    Pros

Great team to work with, freedom to achieve without being "stuck in a box"
Seriously less "corporate politics" than any other place.

    Cons

Still a lot of "old school" mindset for performance review that is so common I large organizations.

I worked at Willis Towers Watson full-time

    Pros

Extremely bright and collaborative co-works. Enjoyed working with such talented people.

    Cons

Stability and transparency of leadership due to mergers has caused anxiety and distrust of those higher leadership roles. Leaders do not seem to trust those under their purview.

    Advice to Management

Trust your teams to do the right thing. Be less command and control and more transparent.

I worked at Willis Towers Watson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

"Dress for you day" which means VERY casual dress code unless you have a client meeting. Nice building in North Scottsdale.

    Cons

Local management doesn't know how to manage. Decent guy, but doesn't like conflict; or standing up to the office bullies. Ultimately this means losing lots of great talent to the competition. Turnover is VERY high and their negative reputation in the insurance community is well known.

    Advice to Management

None. Unfortunately it wouldn't make a difference.

I have been working at Willis Towers Watson full-time

    Pros

Smart people who encourage you to be the best self you can be
Collaborative culture, and not competitive with each other, all working towards common interest of client
    Decent compensation and retirement benefits
    Above market tuition assistance policy
Content is generally interesting and challenging
Motivated colleagues who genuinely care about the work they do
Diverse opportunities depending on clients you support
    Dedication to inclusion and diversity

    Cons

Company needs to make better investments in technology
Work life balance is not positive
Clients can be demanding and your personal life might suffer as a result
    Average health benefits
Slow integration efforts with Willis and Towers Watson merger, culture and organizational structure still somewhat unknown given that the merger happened over a year ago
The work can become tedious and can become unrewarding
