I have been working at Willis Towers Watson full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Willis Towers Watson is a great company to work for. Great people, interesting work and exciting opportunities, all driven by the massive growth the company has experienced over the past 3-4 years.

    Cons

The company has experienced significant growth over the past 3-4 years. With growth comes many opportunities for its employees, but also comes with its challenges and a changing environment of how we do business. While not necessarily a con, change can be stressful if not managed appropriately.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing, putting your people first and creating opportunities for everyone. Continue to invest in technology and ways to engage your employees to maintain the excellent culture at WTW.

    Pros

    Originally attracted best and brightest
Proven concepts that did work when execution was there
    Great brand
Great subject matter experts in NLRG

    Cons

Regional fiefdoms Reward sharks and cutthroats, dishonesty

I have been working at Willis Towers Watson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent company with a very open and welcoming culture. I love being able to still feel like myself at work. Most of the people I work around are just themselves and it makes for a great place to be. Pay is fair and benefits are great. Company events are always a fun time; people here know how to have fun! Flex time and WFH options. Some people are able to move to other cities after a few years and work remotely.

    Cons

Workload can be a lot at times, but overall it is manageable.

    Advice to Management

Continue to push the welcoming culture :)

I have been working at Willis Towers Watson full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent compensation if there were work life balance. Good benefits package (although dissipating)

    Cons

Compensation good for "reasonable" work week, but expectations always on the increase to do more for the same. No value placed on work / life balance. No amount is every good enough, always demand for more. Defeating environment.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together!
