    Pros

Opportunities for personal growth and movement within the community college environment are not only possible but valued by the college staff and administration. Unemployment is low and projected to stay that way.

    Cons

The college is within an isolated community. There are no downsides if one enjoys the beauty of the outdoors and the abundant nature. Housing is tough to find.

    Advice to Management

The college has been going through some major changes, from top to bottom and inside out. The economy is great. Some additional focus on the needs of employees not from the area might improve retention. But overall, the team is doing a stellar job.
