I have been working at Willow Run Foods full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, never equipment, never gone for more than 3 days

    Cons

Sharing trucks! Bed bugs, yuck. Yes true story. Common accurence. Terrible management. Pretty bad dispatch. Call you day and night, products 10x more important than the employee

    Advice to Management

Put the drivers first. CLEAN THE TRUCKS. 160 drivers approximately go in and out of the truck a year. Gross, anyone say bed bugs? Yeah have bite marks now. Big surprise. If the company's "employee owned" treat us that way

    Pros

If you have a desire to drive a truck and work very hard Willow Run is great. They will train you and pay you about 900 dollars per week. You will also be out 2 nights then home 2 nights on average.

    Cons

If you have zero truck driving experience they do not take much extra time to help you. I had just a few hours in a truck before they sent me out to start driving on a real route with a licensed driver.

    Advice to Management

Really need to listen a little more to employees. Most of the drivers Know what they are talking about but management refuses to listen to them to make the organization run smoother
