    Pros

The money was slightly above average, senior managment was caring and qualified, good leadership traing, well informed about company, praise from direct supervisors was nice.

    Cons

middle managment was less than qualified. always felt like they were just reciting what they read from a "John Maxwell" book.

    Advice to Management

From what I understand, most of the managment, both middle and upper, have been replaced and the flag has been changed, I cannot offer any advice since it is a new managment team.
