I have a coworker who I consider a friend, but they’re always complaining about work. Some is legit and some is exaggerated. The negativity is bringing me down. What should I do? Be honest? Separate myself?

When do you fit in exercise into your day? I'm trying to do better and that is easy to do on days off but when working I'm just not sure what is best. Do those that workout before work still find the energy to complete the day? I thought I could fit working out somehow during my lunch break, since I'll have an hour?

Question All the hospitals near me don’t have any openings for pediatrics or they require prior pediatrics experience 🥴. I’m thinking of doing med surg then transfer. Is it hard to transfer from med surg to peds?
