I worked at Wilmette Park District part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The camp counselor is relatively easy work and the chance to work early or late hours in order to earn extra money.

    Cons

Typically, we were understaffed and pretty disorganized. The pay is also not great.

    Advice to Management

Hire more counselors and make sure that each counselor is properly trained to handle various situations such as injury or missing child.

Please tell me who wants their child in the care of a recent college grad gymnast with no experience...
