    Great philosophy and robust solutions. Good place to work with helpful colleagues. Strong heritage in the area of helping clients on getting returns on investments in sales effectiveness.

    Cons

    Management is too conservative. Some products need to be rejuvenated and refreshed. Reduced market reach in terms of sales team.

    unclear vision and strategy, needs new thinking, too much interference from Japan, seems on a down spiral with layoo=ffs of good people
