I have been working at Win & Associates Medical Billing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have enjoyed working here. Finally, a company that has structure!! The company offers perks and incentives. Some of the pros are Medical benefits, monthly bonuses when goals reached, hands-on training and parties celebrating holidays! I use to dread going to my last job every day but I actually like waking up in the morning and going to work at Win. My co-workers are a delight and have met a couple of great friends....

I worked at Win & Associates Medical Billing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

One hour lunch. And good dress ethics BUT like the saying goes, "you can't judge the book by it's cover!"

    Cons

Management and training is very poor! They will not just pressure and harrass your time doing your work but make u feel discourage even if u hold a certification or degree. They goof and are very scandalous while CEO or HR isn't there! They will harass u do much and write u up for any giving reason. Once work is catch up they will let u go for any petty excuse! Don't waste your time with this foolish company and when...

    Advice to Management

Go back to school! Build communication not just try to call mistakes when u don't take the time instead sound like a repeating machine while working in different aspect or areas or even with patients because u want sound legit when reality u sound very ghetto and disrespectful with no type of experience to manage 1 person and few patients smh

    Pros

    Good hours. Great coworkers.

    Cons

Management is the Worst. They all act like snobs and treat you like they are better than you. You get written up for the most stupid things. Pay sucks.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so rude. There are a lot of unhappy employees here.

I worked at Win & Associates Medical Billing full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great pay/benefits, team environment, supportive upper management. This is one of the few positions I’ve held where senior management actually cares for their employees.

    Cons

No breaks, but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

    Advice to Management

Advice to Management: Sure, there are people that aren’t satisfied.. that is with any organization and they rarely last long. Continue recognizing those who work hard, I sincerely appreciated you. The only reason I left is to care for my children. Otherwise, I would still be there!

I have been working at Win & Associates Medical Billing full-time

    Pros

You get awarded very graciously here at the company. The CEO is always having some type of treat for employees. You can tell she really does care about all of the staff.

    Cons

If you are not ready to work then this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to recognize outstanding employees

I worked at Win & Associates Medical Billing full-time

    Pros

I guess the hour lunch break. But that isn’t even really a “pro” because there are no other breaks allowed, at all. So it’s more like their minimal attempt to NOT make people feel like dehumanized, work-bots...but you are.

    Cons

See dehumanized work-bots above. Pay isn’t compatible with expectations. You get written up for EVERYTHING. (I was written up for not sitting down. Literally. We had been sitting 5 hours straight and I stood up for 60 seconds to stretch my legs. I wasn’t told I couldn’t stand, and I wasn’t running around like a banshee. I was standing.) Extreme micromanagement. Uneducated supervisors. Saw a girl get sent home for being...

    Advice to Management

Your priority should be proper training for your management to be compliant with the EEOC regulations, including but not limited to ADA part 2 and identifying employees who would qualify for accommodations, yet are being outright denied them because your supervisors are ignorant. Second, some basic training in human decency. Third, look up some studies that have proven the effects of a 10 MINUTE BREAK has on quality...

    Pros

Location, leaving the place, nothing involving this company.

    Cons

I worked for this horrible company, I got paid extremely poor with a degree on my background while someone there without experience or degree got paid more then me, I asked around. The ceo Jean Wincher is a huge joke!!!! You will get fired for putting your elbows on your desk, the desk are all cramped. You have to dress, talk, act a certin way and reply to every email she sends you with a thank you or happy birthday as...
