If you like overtime basic benefits two weeks vacations yearly performance review this is the place for you. They hire temporal workers after 90 days

    Cons

Lack of oportunity and poor management incapable of promoting and recognize the hard work. Pay increase is minimal and the expectation of production is a nonsense.

    Advice to Management

Comunicate and help develop the good workers and stop giving the wrong people the few oportunities available.

I have been working at WinWholesale full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work if you go into it knowing "The Deal". You can make a lot of money, but most companies do not make the numbers they recruit with. You are your own boss and make a lot of local decisions within limitations.

    Cons

You are not the final say! You are not an entrepreneur as they claim, you are a manager who is expected to get results working 60 hours a week for a tiny salary. Your true compensation comes from Profit Sharing and Dividends (if you can afford to buy the privately held stock of the company you run). Don't forget: Win owns the majority state in all Local Companies and will make the final decision in most strategic situations.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent. The backroom deals are killing any trust local Companies have in corporate. The business is changing, don't get left behind. The leaders you are recruiting want more than money.

I worked at WinWholesale full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Most employees are allowed to buy into the company. If you believe in their philosophy ownership is a good thing.

    Cons

You work for less than what similar jobs offer in an effort to keep the company (our company) doing well.

    Advice to Management

Your anti Nepotism policy is hurting you more than its helping. Its too aggressive, especially when many of your new acquisitions are family businesses.

    Pros

An entrepreneurial and results driven positive spirit will thrive and become an autonomous company president. One can secure a prosperous life. Women are especially welcome and numerous have become affiliate presidents.

    Cons

If one focuses on results he or she will advance. If the one is a standout leader, the affiliate president will sponsor the employees growth. The best move ahead.

    Advice to Management

    Maintain the unique entrepreneurial spirit.

    Pros

    Company credit card, learning experience.

    Cons

I was fired for speaking to someone in corporate about my interest in opening a new company. They always are promoting their "spirit of opportunity" however they don't seem to be interested in opening any new companies.
