Great company to work for - benefits and compensation are very competitive. Company is developing additional strategies to continue their progress. Easy access and open door policy is a big plus. I feel like my opinion counts and the Company cares about my well-being. Great benefits and salary, open door policy, Very good guidelines in place to keep people safe during COVID. HR works closely with employees and managers to ensure well-being and fairness.
