    Pros

    Smart people, noble mission

    Cons

Few opportunities, low pay, increasing demands to do more with less, sense that this is a sinking ship

    Advice to Management

Give opportunities to more people with fresh ideas, rather than the small club of like-minded gentlemen now creating your brand

I have been working at Window To The World full-time

    Pros

Good networking with other Chicago-area organizations. Colleagues are, for the most part, quite pleasant and easy to get along with on a daily basis.

    Cons

Zero on-boarding for new employees. No interest in changing failing techniques. Even talking to other departments and brainstorming ideas are actively looked down on. Management doesn't have any clear vision or value proposition, beyond spreading a culture of fear, which leads to consistently poor campaign performance. Poor pay and benefits.

I worked at Window To The World as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone at this company is very nice and laid back. Very willing to help and do not get upset too easily if you make a mistake. It is a pretty relaxed environment. Good company culture.

    Cons

I felt like I wasn't challenged with projects. Working in a cubicle is never fun but that is gonna be the case for a lot of jobs. Also, pay is not extremely competitive but it's made up for if you are looking to work in a safe and slow environment. Organization structure can be a bit confusing.
