I worked at Windsor Fashions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    employee discount
    family owned
usually hire within or easy to move up

    Cons

High LP and Sale goals little incentives or pay
    Not much training or guidance
High paced environment but little hours given to staff accordingly

    Advice to Management

Be prepared for long days and nights with little staff! The company always wants to make the guests happy which is completely understandable, but they pretty much make acceptations all time! Why even have a return policy if we get criticized for upholding it? Also with only offering minimum wage to stylist or low balling management it's hard to compete with other businesses to keep staff. Then training wise they make you watch videos on an i-pad for a day then basically throw you to the sharks expecting you to retain all information. Finally if someone calls off or there are personal emergencies be ready to work open to close because nobody in the districts tend to not want to help out.
