    Pros

nice employees but bad management so they all end up quitting. the more you work there the closer you get to the other employees because most of them are really nice girls it sucks that they all end up quitting. good employee discount but definitely not worth it.

    Cons

manager picks favorites and takes advantage of good people. everyone ends up quitting. the company will never get the hint no matter how many people call HR so don't even bother your voice doesn't matter

    Advice to Management

when multiple people call about a manager to HR investigate then

I have been working at Windsor Fashions part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get a 40% discount. You get to make connections with people. You learn fashion sense and customer service techniques. It is easy to move up in the company.

    Cons

You take on many responsibilities and you are getting paid minimum wage. The hours are not set, so one week you can have 35 hours and the next 15.

    Advice to Management

The same style keeps coming to the store and in the same color. Need to track what people click on online to see what customers want. Keep track of what customers like and what they dont like to get the buyers to buy styles that will sell in order to reduce the amount of items that go on sale because people didn't buy.

I worked at Windsor Fashions part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The discount is amazing!! 40% merchandise which is the best discount I was ever offered in retail. Customers are pretty nice for the most part!

    Cons

They have extremely low pay which is almost insulting. They start off sales associates at $8.00 and let me tell you, you HAVE to work HARD.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to stop racially profiling shop lifters. I only lasted a few weeks because it made me so uncomfortable that this Caucasian district manager kept telling me to follow African American family's around . It's called "code yellow" if they suspect someone of theft and the only time they did is if there was someone black in the store. Also management is really sneaky. They will offer you $8/hr for sales associate or for assistant management $10/hr when if you speak and start to ask around some sales associate make up to $11 while assistant manager can make up to $14. It's all about you demanding because if you don't ask or speak up they will definitely low ball you. I think that is completely unfair and unethical.
