I have been working at Windsor Windows & Doors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good pay, keeps you busy

    Cons

A lot of employees that come in and out of this company is due to attendance issues and following the rules as far as following designated lunch times & break times. If you cant follow rules and don't show up on time this is not a job for you. Everything else is easy. It's a job your everyday effort is your guideline.

    Pros

Great place and people to work with. Relaxed and clean atmosphere. Employer relay cares about safety of the people and quality of their products. Monthly meetings are held to show support and thanks to employees, small gifts/bonuses provided too.

    Cons

Pay is not the greatest. Room to grow in the company can start to seem limited as there are only so many different positions you can go with if moving up. Overall not bad place to work at.

    Advice to Management

Management already respects the workers on the highest scale I've seen, and are friendly and helpful. I would not change that.

Good company. Upper management cares about their employees and having the right people for the company long term. They are tying to build a good culture and they care about the long term future. Many management employees have been there 20+ years which means a lot of knowledge and experience.

    Cons

Many management employees have been there 20+ years. Which in some cases means less opportunity for advancement.
