I have been working at Windstream full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company to work for. Loved my co-workers and manager in Ephrata, PA. Good culture and probably the best job I ever had. Would have stayed if didn't have to care for ailing parents.

    Cons

Highly competitive market and product...difficult to sell dedicated bandwidth and justify the cost against cable modem (not comparing apples to apples).

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

I worked at Windstream (More than 5 years)

    Pros

For the most part, mid level management leaves you alone, because they don't know what you do.

    Cons

See above. When they do bother you, they don't know what they are talking about. Because they are "yes" men who never did the job their underlings are tasked to do.

    Advice to Management

Senior management needs to overhaul mid management.
