I have been working at Windstream full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great leadership, products are expanding, mostly stable network reliability.

    Cons

Tough to complete an order, once you sell something the process is a mess, difficult to find the right person to fix an issue.

    Advice to Management

Fix order completion. AE's are bogged down trying to finish orders when they should be selling.

I have been working at Windstream full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work life balance is excellent, relaxing environment, awesome managers, tons of vacation time,

    Cons

Health benefits suck, low pay, yearly raises are a joke usually 1%. Only way to make a decent income and raise is to constantly move around within the company. Seems the company would rather let you leave then to pay you a decent wage to keep you

    Advice to Management

Start paying your employees or keep watching good talent leave
