    Great $$$ opportunity, advanced product set for small enterprise level customers.

    Cons

    Rigid sales process, lack of name recognition in area, some of the more advanced products are poor in comparison to competition (SD Wan, CCaaS)

    Good opportunity to earn commissions. work with businesses.

    Cons

    benefits are not good, limited potential for career growth, high turnover in upper management with outside people brought in little inside promotions.

    start a career path learn who has strengths to advance inside employees.

    many different types of work to perform. Pretty much on your own type work for the most part.

    Cons

    Management is to stressed.over work loads. Very bad in summer months.

    Need to balance work loads better

    good co-workers
    call center with no customer facing

    Cons

    employee training not as good as it used to be - high turn over rate
    all sales number driven
    still using outdated software

    learn to invest into better equipment/software and employee training

    I have been working at Windstream full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Management is pretty good where in the department I work and is not micromanaging me. Telecommuting is a plus as well.

    Cons

    Compensation is ok, it's not bad but not good either.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure your employee is happy.

    I worked at Windstream (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Potential to make lots of money beyond the salary, if you've got sales in your blood.

    Cons

    Insanely complicated computer systems to learn. The customer care position is a-a-a-all sales driven. And be prepared to clock in and out for everything. If you're an attendance-challenged employee, you won't last here.

    Really liked the team that I worked with.

    Crazy workload. Very hard to manage work and personal life balance.
