    Pros

    Good benefits and hours.

    Cons

    Too many contractors hired. Lost some valuable employees because Windstream to cheap to pay benefits.

    Pay attention and listen to employees.

    Family like atmosphere, good people to work with.

    No advancement and office politics out the wahzoo.

    Pros

    Fair amount of autonomy and creative license until mergers became more frequent.

    Cons

    Constant change of comp plans that negatively impacted top performers. Company struggled to stay relevant in a dying industry.

    Potential Commission...benefits...windstream idol...Easy to sale if you really know what you are doing.

    Cons

    Culture needs saving...Need to focus more on employee engagement..morale at an all time low...product okay but lots of competition

    You should care more for your employees. Culture is Everything!!

    Pros

    Awesome supervisor. Was always willing to work with us and help us to achieve our goals. My team was great and enjoyed working with them.

    Cons

    Was frustrating to have to constantly have to cover for company's mistakes. There are way too many moving parts with absolutely no accountability for certain teams. This causes a huge issue when trying to meet goals and make our Partners happy.

    Advice to Management

    Stop setting unrealistic goals for your company and truly work on organizing your teams to set proper accountability and increase productivity.

    Pros

    The people are amazing. Many bright and talented coworkers. Pay is decent. Leadership is caring and competent.

    Cons

    The culture can be very negative. Everyone is overworked and under appreciated by upper management. Support teams lack accountability.

    Advice to Management

    Make all teams accountable. No one should be able to hide their last name, or say they "aren't customer facing."

    Fairly nice work environment

    Cons

    IMMENSE work load,stresses, above normal expectancy of poorly implemented procedures. Untested software and no help offered only penalized for doing something wrong

    Really know your employees skillsets
