    Pros

    Great teamwork and highly qualified people that want to do a good job. The pay can be excellent in large deals

    Cons

    The red tape to get orders processes. In acquisition mode with lots of layoffs and stress. They laid people off in groups on a single call and mass fired with little detail as to pay, commission, etc. excellent people let go while less qualified remained on.

    management makes decision without thinking of employees, lot of mass layoff

    empower your frontline people to be change agents. Listen and incorporate ideas. remember they are customers also and they want to take pride in their company and job.
