A lot of Company Discretion and paperwork
Jan 27, 2023 - Operations Manager in Vacaville, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Plenty of autonomy as an Operations Manager, ability to work with some great team members with exceptional skills.
Cons
Current Management tended to excessively "helicopter" over decisions and promote excessive and redundant paper/computer work. A 10 hour team member shift turn into a regular 14 hour management day as a result.

Amazing, understanding and caring management. I am excited and feel lucky to work for and with such a great team. What I love the most is from the CEO to the maintenance guy everyone is treated with respect. So many different walks of life's work here and are welcome. Makes a fun environment to be in.
Cons
I haven't come across any at this point. No job is perfect but this place is not far. I still enjoy getting up in the morning to go to work! Excited for what the future holds for me.
