Pros
Wineshipping is growing really quickly, so there is a lot of opportunity. They have accessible leadership teams, involved (on the floor) managers. The company just merged with another company, that's why they are growing so fast. They paid a Holiday bonus all the hourly employees. The people are smart, helpful and it feels like a family.
Cons
You have to be flexible, because it is growing so quickly. Sometimes there are long hours, and obviously weekends. Since it was two different companies, the processes are not always the same, so there is a need to improve that. Better training is needed.
