They always work with college students schedules and have short evening and day shift available. Co works are always friendly and really create a family like environment.

I have been working at Winn-Dixie part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, friendly co-workers, easy job to do (running a register isn't rocket science)

    Cons

Feels like Corporate doesn't appreciate their employees and keeps cutting hours, customers complain about things out of our control (plenti card, not enough baggers, not carrying products, etc.)

    Advice to Management

Quit cutting hours. It makes everyone's jobs much harder and only makes the customers mad and threaten to shop at Publix.
