I worked at Winn Technology Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Steady employment- good location in Pinellas County easy to drive to.

    Cons

False misleading jobs that don't exist.

    Advice to Management

Don't advertise for candidates to apply for jobs that do not exist. We did talk to HR that you are wasting the time of experienced candidates to apply for jobs that do not exist. The policy that all staff must come in at the entry level $9/hour is stupid and an insult to experienced professionals. Your company will not grow in this way. Suggest anyone with good experience don't waste your time applying to this company.
