    Pros

Small family owned business where everyone is treated as family. Love the flexibility offered, location and that our products are made in the USA!

    Cons

If someone is out or misses work it can be a hardship on others as we are so small. Some employees telecommute. Being so spread out between states can be challenge.

    Advice to Management

Better communication skills between upper management and staff. More PTO days would be a plus and possible flex time as well.

I worked at Winning Strategies as an intern

    Pros

Great office environment, everyone is always willing to help each other out. Management takes a very hands on approach to the interns, gives them a lot of different responsibilities. Had the opportunity to give presentations to both clients and management.

    Cons

Interns are unpaid, but it was a very worthwhile experience. Other than that the only con is having to walk around DC in the summer in a suit.

    Advice to Management

The company has grown tremendously in the past decade and looks like it will continue to do so by taking on new clients. Keep doing what you're doing!
