    Pros

I worked with brilliant attorneys who gave me a lot of responsibility and helped me grow into the lawyer I am today. There is also a generally collegial atmosphere among associates, and although there are very long hours, there is always a thank you said by the Partner in charge.

    Cons

Very little is said about salaries and bonuses, and the review process for associates is very bad.
