    Advice to Management

A Diplomatic employer grow faster with better production than a authoritarian. We all have goals and dreams but most of all we need to refer to Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. A happy employee is a productve employee.

    Pros

Some of the pros working at Winthrop was: good people to work with, learning is a priority, they hire in house for a lot of jobs

I worked at Winthrop-University Hospital (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great hospital to work in. Co-workers were great. I learned a great deal and to add to my resume.

    Cons

Security is way to extra. More concerned with updated shots, then releasing computer clearance in order full fill job. Rules of getting hired through a temp agency is ridiculous. try to find someone who works at hospital who can move your resume to the front.
