    -Great reputation

    Cons

-Management asks but doesn't always listen
-Top heavy. Way too many senior level managers which limits ability to move up and raises overall cost structure

    Pros

big company as long as you do your job you can fly under the radar, management doesn't care as long as you complete your projects on time and on budget just line any other company out there.

    Cons

the company is very cut thorough and if your not on your toes at all times your going to be gone! They love hiring people under the title "part time no benefits" they work you 40+ hours a week and never pay you overtime for your work and to top it off I was working full time for over a year and when I demanded to be at full time status with benefits they offered me a deal where they would cut my pay by 5$...hell no that was it I found a better job after that and stuck it to them

    Advice to Management

Look in the mirror before you talk to us, think about us when you give us a crap deal about or pay and benefits. The world doesn't revolve around you w have families and mouths to feed too. They are always out on vacations and golfing trips how about getting in more work so maybe we can take a decent vacation instead of working all year and not getting paid holidays and sick days.

    Pros

Some of the people are great to work with and for.
Workload has been reasonably consistent - especially lately.
Has been able to land some signature projects.
Has adopted new software for delivering projects fairly quickly.

    Cons

Run by lackluster senior management and shareholder group.
Failing IT infrastructure and weak support.
Bloated finance group that seems to run the company.
Quality of output is improved, but can still be hit-or-miss.
Many employees lack a sense of accountability and follow-through.
    Bonuses are nearly non-existent - unless you're a shareholder.
No plan for succession once current management retires.
Not an attractive place to work for younger generation of workers.
Level of benefits has consistently gone down. Pay has barely budged in 5 years.

    Advice to Management

Invite next generation of leaders into management (as observers, advisors, or associates).
Invest in consistently operational IT systems.
Cut finance and make financial systems more user-friendly.
Implement a more consistent quality management plan.

    Pros

The variety of work makes it a great place to gain experience in many market sectors. Although the construction industry has a direct impact on the workload, past performance and continuous business development generally allows this company to maintain stability.

    Cons

Having so many layers of management can make it difficult to have individual momentum with new ideas, suggestions, or initiatives.

    Advice to Management

Neglecting to involve project team members from the beginning is inefficient and reduces the end quality of projects.
