    Pros

    a) Extensive training given to employees on the most happening technologies.
    b) Certification costs will be reimbursed by the company

    Cons

    a) Illogical cost cutting measures
    b) Food in campus is bad and expensive too
    c) Managers famous for giving false promises
    d)Little or no hike

    Advice to Management

    Give importance to maximising profits by increasing business not by decreasing headcount.

    Pros

    a) Lot of good projects with latest technologies.
    b) Good number of Onsite opportunities but need to find out those project .
    c) Employees are very friendly and helpful in nature.

    Cons

    a) Less or No hike.
    b) 9.5 Hrs of clocking is mandatory.
    c) Not Flexible timing

    Advice to Management

    Management has to change their mindset of 9.5hr of clocking .
    They should measure the productivity on basis of our task deliverable not on basis of number of hours you are in the office.
    Employee friendly policy is required.

    Pros

    * It's a big brand, so every process has a well defined structure. Management listens to you. Processes are transparent.
    * UCF is a very good training framework.
    * Leave system is good.
    * Beautiful infrastructure, facilities, gym in Bengaluru campus.

    Cons

    * Your growth depends entirely on the kind of project you're in.
    * You sometimes feel lost in the mass of employees in the company. Meaning less individual focus on employee who're performing good.

    There are good development projects. Working in those will help developing skills.
    Good work environment.
    Work-life balance is good.

    More importance and focus is given to WASE candidate.
    Manager oriented, so most of the decision, growth is dependent on the manager.
    Many upper management decision taken is not good.
