Current Employee - Program Manager in Minneapolis, MN

I have been working at Wipro full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Its legacy and provides some good opportunity

    Cons

Onsite Salary needs to be competitive. Green Card policy needs to be more transparent so that employee doesn't have to go from one manager to another manager and make it another hierarchical company.

    Advice to Management

Come to the terms with reality on ground. Give due credit to your work force. Break the hierarchy and talk to 2-3 level down to understand and give motivation. What has worked in the past, may not work now. Folks are on lookout for good opportunities and they will dump you, if you don't take good care of your people.
