    Pros

Great place to learn and enhancing technical skill from global projects
Managers are supportive and guiding you
New projects and role available as per your expectation and aspiration
Practice is active to schedule many learning initiaves
Job security is better than any other IT company as long as you are doing good work with consistent performance

    Cons

Billability and release from project is pathetic and may need to wait 18-30 months as per policy
Top management/delivery/DA have no integrity of words/email, changes as per situation
Practice/project does not provide onsite opportunities to deserving candidate rather link have more chances
Smart and hardworking candidate recognized but not rewarded as per aspiration
WMG team is harassment team if you are in free pool more than 7-30 days, do not check background of resource and speaking like master and candidate is slave

    Advice to Management

Below are my feedback based on my experience which may help .

    · Deserving and performing people must be encouraged and given right hike/compensation what they deserve.
    · Smart and hardworking employee who has proven himself must be satisfied with fulfilling their expectation and aspiration.
    · If commitment is made, it must be fulfilled as earliest to keep integrity of words and should not be ignored later on which may leads to feeling of get cheated.
    · Observed people who do not deserve to go onsite but right and deserving candidate could not get chance.
Request to Ajim Premaji Sir that rather being biggest philanthropist , please invest and share profit to technical team (A-B3) who are source of income.
