    Pros

Variable Pay - Upto B3 it purely depends on Billability. So if u r billable you will get almost 100%

    Cons

Some projects have on floor monitoring of 8 hrs which is quite difficult.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing.

I worked at Wipro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My schedule, pay and benefits were great.

    Cons

As a quality agent we understand that quality effects numbers. Management felt the numbers were more important. It made my job difficult

    Advice to Management

Train on quality as a reference tool to effectively execute customer needs

I have been working at Wipro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wipro's key business is in IT outsourcing, hence they have a lot of opportunities to move around after a contract ends, or if there is a particular client that you are interested in working with. Like a common saying, you are not leaving the company, you are leaving the manager. I had a bad manager that I considered resigning. However things turned around and we had a really great manager as a replacement, and I have enjoyed working with since.

    Cons

The employee's portal is pretty unstable and not user friendly, given the company is an IT company at the heart, especially for employees who work on the client's site. I was constantly logged out of emails and the employee gateway.

    Advice to Management

Invest in the employee's portal. Make it simple and easy to use.
