    Pros

The people at Wireless Toyz are all friendly and harworking people, so working for this company gave me the opportunity to make some life-long friends.

    Cons

Overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated are just a few words that come to mind when thinking of the cons of this company. The leadership has changed so many times that it seems that there is a revolving door at the enterance.

    Advice to Management

I would find a leadership team who actually knows something about the wireless industry and find a way to keep them on board long enough to actually make some desperately needed changes.

    Pros

Unlocking phones equates to a unique and challenging work environment compared to most other wireless phone retailers. This is a strong point.

    Cons

The workflow and workload does not fairly match the compensation offered. Perhaps a commission structure for unlocking phones successfully would be more appropriate.

    Advice to Management

Play up the strengths of your wireless experts to potential customers in order to better differentiate yourselves from other phone retailers.
