    Pros

    Great co-workers

Management blames employees for shortfalls, but claims sucesses
    "Career ladder" is non-existent
Failure is assumed and no opportunity is given to show success

    Advice to Management

Giving your employees a chance to shine and expand will make them happier and make your job easier.

    Pros

Awesome people and environment to be around.

Sometimes work late hours back to back with very early hours.

    Pros

Great place to see some very unique aircraft and a lot of fun & friendly people
Fast paced days can go by very quickly
It's just cool to be at an airport

    Cons

    No promotions... ever
Few (only 2 that I consider) managers can take constructive criticism and listen to employees
Very few raises if any ever
Drama can exist and seriously hinder job enjoyment

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and understand exactly WHAT they do (not just what you THINK they do); and on the flip side, let us know what YOU do. Monetary compensation would be much appreciated but it isn't everything. Stand behind your promises. Eliminate drama when there is any sign of it. Treat all employees equally, especially if they're compensated equally.

I worked at Wisconsin Aviation part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great coworkers no matter what shift you worked on, met pilots with interesting stories, friendly environment, and the cookies were the best.

    Cons

Line equipment always broke down and never got replaced, everyone spread rumors and talked gossip everyday, underpaid for the time and work put in, difficult to get time off or switch shifts, and management was ridiculous: didn't trust their workers, made false accusations against employees, the list goes on..

    Advice to Management

If most employees have a problem with certain managers and they're quitting because of them, you should probably reevaluate who you're siding with when you're having problems hiring employees already. Also, learn how to trust and get to know your employees, even if they aren't there full time.
