    Pros

    Management is laid back as long as you’re performing to their standards. A lot of support from upper management if you need it. Great work environment

    Cons

    Close to seasonal work. Lose headcount around the same time every year.

    Great team environment, weekly pay, management are knowledgeable and technically proficient , keep the team well informed, set the example, always push for self improvement, train as a team, great incentives,

    Cons

    No retirement offered, no vacation pay for the techs.

    Advice to Management

    Portland minimum wage is steadily increasing, WiseConnect should be increasing all employee pay to coincide with current cost of living.

    Working with WiseConnect is like working with family. Everyone is so helpful and they all work together as a team to get goals accomplished. It is easy to talk with every level of management from bottom to top. It is an exciting atmosphere.

    I worked at Wise Connect full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Pay was fair, back office was very good. STT was good.

    Cons

    Upper Managment has no clue of how to run a business. They hired people to run markets that had limited or very little experience in the telecommunications industry. Later found out they were their buddies from gaming. They had good experienced people in these markets and unwisely close their buddies over experienced persons. They have now lost Calix markets across the US. What a shame.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of All your upper management and start over.
