- leadership team is very skilled and experienced in their roles - but they encourage you to contribute and present your ideas as well - flexible work environment, no pressure to come into office or to stay remote - lots of opportunity to grow, I have seen other team members branch off into other departments -a product and company you are proud to represent and help build with - its a great product and customers rave how it makes their jobs easier - diverse team

- still building out their processes and best practices - but that is expected with any startup- always working towards efficiency!

Can't really think of any real cons. The company is growing very fast and that may be challenging for some individuals to keep up, depending on their roles within the company.

Can work remotely or go into office whenever you like, the people in the company are very supportive of advancing your career, flexible work schedule and great benefits, it's a very diverse company overall

Workload can be heavy at times due to the product and processes still being built and established

-Wisedocs offers great health benefits -Lots of room for internal growth and tools are provided to help improve our individual skillsets - No micro-managing there is a lot of independence and trust from management -Remote option is a bonus

It's a young company, so there are many things still to be figured out. Some things can change fast, but usually for the better. Perfect for me but I recognize it might not be for everyone.

Lots of opportunities to grow. No micro-managing mentality from management so easy to carve out a career path. The product solves genuine problems for the customers. I have never worked in an organization where the customers love the product this much.
