I worked at Wizz Air full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great staff travel, Nice view from the cockpit.

    Cons

Regular discrepancies in the salaries, Despite being an airline the level on English is poor ( Shoutout to the training department), HR takes weeks to answer an e-mail, if they even bother to answer, You need to keep track of your hours because they will try to cheat you, A strong post-soviet eastereuropean vibe when it comes to on-board promotions and other overall activities.

    Cons

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Wizz Air full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Competent managers, thorough planning, proper execution, reasonable bosses, good colleagues. Small problem is that all of those things disappeared over the years.

    Cons

One could write a book about how an airline built from scratch by experts turned to be revenue machine where passengers, aircraft and crew (and the truth) are only nuisance. Haphazard procedures, always learning on the hard way instead of practical planning. The managers (mostly second rate self-appointed crew members) frolick from meeting to meeting and relaying corporate BS instead of facing reality and start working for (and not against) their staff. Crew- and maintenance planning, scheduling etc are done by rookies employed from the street, all problems fall on the OCC to be solved last minute in a hurry. Funnily the OCC staff is not valued for saving everyone's backside again and again but considered an annoyance.
