    Pros

There is plenty of room for growth potential and advancement. If you want to learn and are eager and willing then this is the place to be.

    Cons

This is a team environment. If you are not a team player and have no interest in rising above your current status, then this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

Feels like a small, family business, yet has resources of large global corporation. Management is focused on improving our performance across the board, including ensuring that employees are recognized and given opportunities for advancement. My leadership group has been given a lot of leeway in managing their performances, yet have the assistance of senior management to support them as needed.

    Cons

Like many companies, in today's environment, there is a lot of work across the board, meaning long hours.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate, communicate, communicate

    Pros

    Products that deliver
    Generous compensation for performance
    Solid benefits
work from home office (not for everyone)
Sales Management does not micro manage

    Cons

    Internal Computer systems are arduous
some of the support reps are clueless, although knowledgeable.
90% of Managers are solid A players, the 10% factor is in play.

    Advice to Management

Follow better principles of leadership, ask your best reps what they would change, don't change the comp plans, open up territories for higher volume reps.

    Pros

Wolters Kluwer was a very positive experience because everyone worked well together in parts of a team; bi-weekly meetings with upper management

    Cons

Contractor-based development teams left a very low morale amongst core group of full time developers; some contract employees lasted only a week or two

    Advice to Management

Employee retention would be greater if we encouraged increased morale with the team; more company town hall meetings would have given greater visibility

The Tampa team is growing rapidly and this provides for opportunities to advance your career within a short period of time. Management is good at recognizing effort and talent. Working environment is friendly, and flexible.

    Cons

Communication between employees and management seems to be a one way process at times.

    Advice to Management

Develop ways for employees to effectively communicate with upper management without much effort. The easier this process becomes, the more employees will feel compelled and comfortable sharing ideas.
