    Cons

    Lots of "fire drills".
    Older workers get pushed out.

    Advice to Management

Current workloads aren't sustainable. Understand that employees have a life . Older workers shouldn't be considered a liability.

I worked at Wolters Kluwer full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

As the company moves from a traditional publisher to a software applications publisher, there are beaucoup opportunities to work in new and interesting technologies. It is a culture of learning, discovery and satisfying development.

    Cons

The usual concerns: tight schedules, insufficient resources, ever changing requirements.

    Advice to Management

Let developers develop. Let agile be agile. Trust in iterative progress.

I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Advice to Management
