    "Underpay employees and horrible benefits!"

    StarStarStarStarStar

    Pros

Give away free products once in a while

    Cons

The company underpays its employees. Yes there is free lunch, but the foods are horrible. Many unqualified employees work there.

    Advice to Management

We need someone who can manage to join the management team.

I have been working at Wonton Food full-time

    Pros

    Free lunch and Nice people

    Cons

PTO way below average in the market, and with CAP even we have to earn it, plus no sick day, no snowstorm off-day.
Wage about only 80% market average.

    Advice to Management

Happy employee will bring in much higher productivity & efficiency.
Hiring qualified employee with favorable pay & benefit actually more profitable for company in long run rather than hire cheap unqualified people.
Please do not listen too much consultants advise, they must be a reason to be a "consultant".

I have been working at Wonton Food full-time

    Pros

Nice people, good work life balance, free lunch

    Cons

1.Horrible PTO and vacation policy. Basically the least PTO I've ever heard of. No sick days. Only 6 days PTO days for the first two years, and you have to earn it. Basically you won't be able to have a long vacation before end of year after you earned 6 days PTO, if you get sick during the year, vacation's gone. BTW, during snowstorm days, if you take time off, it deducts from your PTO.

    2. Wage below market standard

    Advice to Management

Wage and PTO should be fair, at least match the market. Otherwise it's difficult to keep good employees, you can always hire people at cheap price and let go good people, but it really hurts morale of other employees when people leave. And high turn over rates of employees is not good for a business in a long term.

    Pros

You will learn a lot about workplace politics, such as how to perform well but actually do nothing, who to avoid responsibility, how to complain about others, etc.

    Cons

Totally agree with those negative reviews. Few employees are satisfied with the company except those relatives. The management is a mess. The HR is extremely unqualified to hire the right people. Some managers can't manage the department at all, the only thing they can do is to complain to others. There is no corporation between departments, which makes everything inefficient. Also lack of communication in the department, even through it's a tiny department, you won't know what other coworkers are doing. For example, you won't know the manager is taking a long vocation or on business trip until you don't see him/her for a while.

    Advice to Management

    Give up this hopeless company

    Pros

Lunch Free, But tasty bad, annual dinner.

    HR have good baiting.

    Cons

Lack of management. one person doing three person's duties with Minimum wage.
gain 0.25 cents each year. too many talking "S" people, only few people doing stuff.
DO NOT come to this Company, unfortunately if you did, please get another JOB right way. People would not stay long. max 3 years, too many turn over.
if you are reading this, do not believe, you can take your risk and time to try. you'll understand. these review saying this company is good is fake, they from HR. even HR keep switching people every year.

    Advice to Management

go talk to your employee yourself. They're your wealth. they're human being, need rest, need to be treated fair.

I have been working at Wonton Food full-time

    Pros

The company must be very profitable. Super relaxing work enviroment. Everyday some people spend at least 3 hours chatting, and 2 hours dealing with personal stuff, such as charge on personal bank account, online shopping, child's day care issue, etc. You may hear laughter and chatter walking by their office. The real daily work time is less than two hours. Also the work schedule is super flexible. If you have any personal issues to take care of, no problem, take off as many days as you want.

    Cons

Sometimes the chatter is so fierce that they leave the phone ringing, and any issue has to be communicated through the PA speakers, such as moving a vehicle blocking others. Instead of spending money on a good bonus system, the company is more willing to spend money on lottery prize during the annual dinner party.
