I worked at Wood Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

When I started working there, it was very people oriented. There were a lot of fun gatherings such as the Christmas party and Chili cook-off. I met a lot of truly wonderful people in my time with that company, of which I still speak to fairly regularly.

    Cons

There was a lot of reorganizing going on and it wasn't necessarily handled as well as it could have been. Most everyone was on edge the last few months of my employment.

    Advice to Management

From a QM point of view, someone needs to find a better way to communicate company changes to the employees.
