If you want to work for a big corporation or have hundreds of co-workers, this isn't the place for you.

    Pros

None that I can think of.

    Cons

Not a great experience. This is Nashville so they may have been a little racist towards blacks. Unless they were finding you some manual labor job. Recruiter gave me the runaround for an IT position even though he reached out to me on LinkedIn. Job ended up being filled before he followed up with me. Guy wasn't professional at all.

I worked at Wood Personnel (Less than a year)

    Pros

Wood Personnel has the ability to keep one busy, some places with lots of overtime. They has a wide range of clients for whom they are supplying employees.

    Cons

The wages are fairly low...but that's where the enormous amount of overtime is a good thing. With all of the overtime you might average out to a minor decent wage.

    Advice to Management

Management has been all tight. They will call with an assignment at the last moment, and if you are the one that is ready and able - you are the one that gets the job.
